Hi, I’m Mel.
I’ve spent the last 9 years helping people change their lives.
My career began in the fitness industry, where I worked as a Personal Trainer, taught fitness classes, and ran my own coaching business. Since then, I’ve worked as a teacher and within mental health and recovery services, supporting people to make positive changes, rebuild confidence, and break cycles that were holding them back.
What all of those roles have taught me is this: lasting change isn’t about motivation. It’s about having the right support, building confidence, and creating habits that work in the real world.
As a Personal Trainer and first-time mum, I know what it feels like to adapt, rebuild, and find a new version of yourself through life’s different chapters.
That’s why I specialise in helping people who feel stuck in the cycle of starting and stopping, people returning to training after time away, and those working towards clear goals who need structure, consistency, and support to get there. Whether that’s rebuilding confidence after having a baby, getting back into the gym, or refining your training as an experienced gym-goer, I’ll help you build strength, confidence, and habits that last.
