My journey started like many others — a regular gym-goer just trying to get in shape. Then came an office job, some extra weight, and the realization that fitness isn’t just about aesthetics, but about staying active, enjoying the moment, and building strength that carries into everything we do.
I’m an energetic, positive coach with a genuine love for fitness and sports — from triathlon to powerlifting and anything that pushes limits. I understand the challenges of balancing a busy job, an active lifestyle, and a social life, all while chasing ambitious training goals. Through my own journey, I’ve learned how to make fitness enjoyable and sustainable, helping you lift heavier, run faster, and feel fitter and healthier while keeping it balanced with the realities of everyday life.
